Shipping Policy
At Gruesome Brew Coffee, every order is prepared with care, sealed with dark intent, and sent forth from the shadows as quickly as possible. We are a small-batch coffee company, and many of our coffees are roasted, flavored, packed, or prepared in limited quantities to ensure freshness and quality.
Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days. During busy seasons, product launches, holidays, large wholesale orders, or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.
Because we are a small business and roast in small batches, occasional delays may happen if we are waiting on fresh roasted coffee, flavoring, packaging materials, or shipping supplies. We will always do our best to get your order moving as quickly as possible.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. We do our best to keep shipping costs fair while making sure your coffee arrives safely.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship throughout the United States. Orders are shipped using available carrier services, which may include USPS, UPS, or other shipping providers depending on the order and destination.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information when available.
International Shipping
Gruesome Brew Coffee does ship internationally. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout when available.
Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, duties, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges required by their country. These fees are not included in our product or shipping prices and are not controlled by Gruesome Brew Coffee.
International delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs processing, carrier delays, and local postal services.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times begin once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected, destination, weather, holidays, carrier delays, and other circumstances outside our control.
Once a package leaves our hands, the carrier is responsible for the transit and delivery of the package.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
If your package appears delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local carrier first. Sometimes packages are scanned early, delivered to a nearby location, or held at the post office.
Gruesome Brew Coffee is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, damaged, or misdelivered once they have been accepted by the shipping carrier. However, we want our customers to be taken care of, so please contact us and we will do our best to help you investigate the issue.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Gruesome Brew Coffee is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal, or unclaimed package, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the damaged packaging and product. We will review the issue and work with you toward a fair resolution.
Freshness and Small-Batch Fulfillment
Our coffee is crafted in small batches because we believe the darkness tastes better when it is fresh. Some products may require additional time to prepare, especially limited releases, custom labels, wholesale orders, or seasonal blends.
