In the city of Gävle, Sweden, a towering straw goat was first raised in 1966 as a giant tribute to the traditional Swedish Yule goat. The original stood roughly 13 meters tall, 7 meters long, and weighed around 3 tons. Then, on New Year’s Eve, it burned. Since then, the Gävle Goat has become infamous for its strange annual battle between survival and destruction, standing as both a city icon and a legend built from straw, fire, and pure defiance.

Inspired by that beautifully doomed beast, The Gävle Goat is a dark roast s’mores-flavored coffee brought to you by the GOAT herself, Tragic RAWR, AKA Sara. Deep roasted coffee meets toasted marshmallow, melted chocolate, and graham cracker sweetness, creating a brew that feels like sitting beside a campfire while something massive, ancient, and highly flammable watches from the darkness.
